Along with the
highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Manoff is
a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney
in Marital and Family Law. The certification designation from the
Florida Bar is designed to assist consumers of legal services in the
selection of attorneys with demonstrated ability and experience in
specialized fields of law. To become certified, an attorney must:
- be an active member in
good standing of The Florida Bar;
- have practiced law for a
minimum of five years;
- complete approved
continuing legal education programs; and,
- have the ability and
experience in the specialty field favorably evaluated by judges and
other lawyers.
Mr.
Manoff has been board certified in Marital and Family Law since 1994.
The attorneys who are granted the certification must renew it every five
years and fulfill ongoing continuing legal education requirements.
Mr.
Manoff limits his practice to marital and family law. This includes
divorce, child custody and support, alimony, paternity and all matters
relating to family law.

Graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Manoff has
been practicing law for over 20 years. He has been featured in Divorce
Magazine and is known as a powerful advocate for his clients.
Mr.
Manoff was named to the Who's Who in American Law in 2001. He is also a
Leading Florida Attorney, an honor limited to only 8% of all Florida
lawyers. Mr. Manoff gained national exposure as the attorney ad litem in
the case known as Baby Emily. He is a member of the Florida Bar
Assn., Palm Beach County Bar and the National Business Institute as
well as many professional associations.
